	Conte Estate Shiraz 2004	The Shiraz is a rich but supple wine showing flavours and aromas of dark cherries with smoky undertones and was made with minimal oak integration from a vineyard planted in the 1860s. 	Conte Estate Grenache Shiraz	A blend of Shiraz and Grenache varieties made into a full bodied and complex wine showing nutmeg, white pepper and raspberry flavours and aromas that are more prevalent by using minimal oak integration. This wine is extremely exceptional drinking now and will improve with further cellaring. Well paired with full flavoured foods such as pork roast, chops or peppery stew.
	Conte Estate Shiraz Grenache Rose	A blend of Shiraz and Grenache harvested at night, very lightly pressed and cool fermented without skin contact. The resulting aromas are of ripe cherries, raspberries and plum, and these are repeated in the palate. This Rosé has a soft mouth-fill and finishes slightly sweet and crisp. Best enjoyed with Asian food, poultry and antipasto, salad, seafood, a barbeque or on its own.
	Conte Estate ‘Stuck in the Mud’ Semi-sweet Cabernet Sauvignon	Nestled deep at the base of an ancient gully where once meandered a spring-fed creek, grows the Cabernet Sauvignon that produced this wine. Today, there remains just enough flow to make the old creek bed muddy in winter—somehow a magnet for careless tractor drivers that inevitably become bogged in its mire—despite having been caught before.Harvested very late in the season to encourage the development of natural sugar levels, this full flavoured, semi-sweet red wine has intense chocolate and plum characters that make it ideal to accompany salty or Asian foods.
	Conte Estate ‘The Blush’ Cabernet Rose	A Cabernet Sauvignon produced in a contemporary style for early enjoyment while bright and young. Fresh berry scents and flavours abound in a wine that is medium bodied and fruity, yet has a crisp and appealing soft acid finish. Blush pink in colour, it may give a blush to the cheeks. Enjoy well chilled.
	Conte Estate Congoli Creek Sauvignon Blanc	Lively and zesty, this Sauvignon Blanc shows excellent grassy, tropical fruit characters without overt herbaceousness. It is a fine example of the variety, with hints of asparagus and capsicum in a fresh and lean style, finishing with a bracing acidity. It is designed to be enjoyed in its youth, lightly chilled.
	Conte Estate Primrose Lane Chardonnay	Displaying ripe peach and melon aromas and a touch of citrus complexity on the palate, fermentation in oak followed by partial ‘malo’ has imparted a creamy depth and refined elegance to this wine. The lasting impression is of fresh, crisp fruit in a medium-bodied style and a delightful, zesty acid finish.
Carrick Hill Vineyard Margaret River Western Australia	Carrick Hill Shiraz 2003	This wine is medium to deep crimson in colour with good nose showing liquorice, blackcurrant, plum and a hint of cinnamon, following through to a palate of blackcurrant and plum with underlying liquorice. A beautifully textured wine showing an excellent balance of tannins, fruit and acid. Delicious with a char-grilled rump.
	Carrick Hill Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot 2004	This wine has a dense rich crimson colour. A nose of strawberries, mint, dill, cloves, cedar and vanilla bean meld to provide an exotic bouquet. The palate continues with mixed spice, black olive, blackcurrant and vanilla. A wine showing excellent structure with well balanced acid and tannins. Serve with herbed Rack of Lamb or Yearling Beef.
	Carrick Hill Merlot 2004	With a medium crimson colour, this wine has an intense bouquet of raspberry, liquorice and spearmint. The palate begins quite herbal following through to sweet raspberry and cherries with some vanilla. A well structured wine with firm tannins. Serve with Veal Scaloppini.

	Penfolds Bin 138 Old Vine Red	Bright crimson with a purple core. Youth fruits come immediately to the fore (albeit old vine-sourced) with perfumed Grenache and rose-petal floral aromas. A whirl of assorted spices further entwines with the style's trademark charcuterie and roasting-dish sauce complexity. A firm, solid offering with an impressive grip and pronounced, yet ripe tannins. A burst of berried Grenache flavours initially impact, followed by the black olive, liquorice and dark chocolate contribution of Shiraz and Mourvedre. The finish is sweet-fruited and lingering, without the obtrusion of oak. A lively, alluring wine that is drinking well now, but also offers good cellaring potential.

	Seppelt Victorian Reserve Riesling	A lime green with lemon highlights. Citrus aromas combine with spring blossom notes. 	Wolf Blass Gold Label Cabernet Sauvignon	This Gold Label Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is rich velvet red with purple hues in the glass. The rich textured palate displays complex berry and mint characters supported by fine grainy tannins and a long seamless finish.
	Woodstock Cabernet Sauvignon	Deep crimson hue and dark centre in colour. Some leafy herbal notes over berry fruits with complex spice. Focused Cabernet flavors with savoury edges adding depth to a warm chocolate heart. Cabernet structure offers some astringency to keep the finish tight.
	Woodstock Shiraz Cabernet	Dark, brick red with indigo edges. Herbal anise and cloves spice with pencil shavings, cedar, coconut and complex bacon aromas. The complex spice characters continue on the palate followed by generous warmth and dark chocolate flavour.
	Woodstock Shiraz	Bright crimson with a dark centre. Sweet, attractive plums and beetroot aromas with underlying mint and berries. Soft, round, fleshy flavours with the beetroot and plum theme continuing. Clean lingering flavours, soft and sweet, yet rich and strong. Some rich chocolate and coconut flavours also linger on the late palate.
	Woodstock Rose	Bright crimson in colour. Raspberry and floral aromas. Animated, sweet cherry flavours which finish crisp and refreshing.
	Woodstock Botrytis Sweet White	Bright golden in colour. Quince and marshmallow with lemon flower aromas. Huge mouth-filling, luscious sweetness is the first impression. Creamy apricot flavours, then citrus and quince follow. The finish is surprisingly crisp and clean after such sweetness.

	Estacion Rose of Cabernet Sauvignon	An attractive bright, pale rose colour. On the nose it highlights flavours of berries and subtle notes of flowers, as the rose. It's fresh on the mouthfeel, displaying a well balanced, fruity wine with notes of cherry, liquorice and strawberry.
	Estacion Chardonnay	A delicate golden hue with a touch of green colour. On the nose, forward citrus and green apple fruits are present, with honey and floral notes appearing in the background. The wine has great fruit intensity, with a creamy texture balanced by a fresh acidity.
Viña Maipo	Vina Maipo Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon	Bright, but also close to complete darkness in colour. It is an intense dark ruby red wine. Attractive aromas of red cherries and black plums with a touch of toasted oak. Elegant and concentrated, with hints of chocolate and blackberries. Full structured with a long nice finish.
Viña Maipo	Vina Maipo Reserve Merlot	Deep dark red in colour. Attractive fruit aromas of cherry, currant and plums. Soft and well structured with a fulfilling texture. Hints of cassis, spice and toasted oak.

Chemin des Papes Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge	Blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cournoise, Picardan, Cinsault, Muscardin and Terret Noir from the Vaucluse at the south of the Rhône valley. Very deep garnet red. Bouquet of small red fruit, fruit with stones, spices. Ample form, round and full. Suggest with game, duck, guinea fowl, pigeon, osso bucco, aubergine cake and strong cheese.

Vajra's Albe is a highly appealing wine that displays a nose of spices, smoke and toasted oak, along with sweet red fruit, with much persistence and freshness, in a medium accessible style that blends classic with contemporary. Made from a blend of fruit from Coste, Fossati and La Volta vineyards in Barolo.
G. D. Vajra Moscato d'Asti	Aromas of dried apricots, ripe peach and pineapples, with hints of citrus. Medium-bodied, sweet and very creamy, with loads of freshly sliced peaches and apples. Long finish. Serve chilled. Frizzy.
Tommasi Amarone Classico Ca'Florian	This single vineyard is a darker, richer, more brooding wine (than its regular bottling), loaded with chocolatey, fudge-like flavours and roasted fruit. It's mouth-fulling and supple, with a lingering finish that bodes well for cellaring, although it's certainly approachable now.
Machiavelli Chianti Classico Riserva Vigna di Fontalle	It presents a typical nose with clear notes of fresh red berry fruit, dried flowers, rain-soaked earth and mineral tones. The palate is fruity, long and vibrant. The finishing is long and convincing.
Machiavelli Ser Niccolo, Solatio del Tani	Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this Super-Tuscan is absolutely fantastic with its big ripe fruit of plum, green peppers and oak coupled with silky texture and a long long finish makes this a very complex wine indeed.
Boeri Barbera d'Asti DOC Superiore Porlapa	Intense bouquet of spice, deep ripe plums and sweet liquorice. A powerful and full bodied Barbera from one of the finest Barbera specialist producers in Asti region. Long finish.
Tamellini Soave Classico Le Bine	Gaetano uses only 100% Garganega and all stainless steel production to maintain the focus and lively character of all his Soave. The vegetal and floral perfumed “Le Bine” vineyard contains substantial dried pineapple/apricot fruit and also a remarkable structure (good ageing potential). It is a full-bodied selection with an underlying almost steely mineral component and nicely textured mid palate and finish. Food Pairing: Grilled fish, seafood risottos or antipasti, flavourful pastas, lemon chicken, white meats.
Schiavenza Dolcetto d'Alba	A serious Dolcetto from one of the most underrated Piedmont producer. Great ripe fruit, coupled with fine tannins. Excellent.
Bellenda San Fermo Prosecco di Val Brut	Dry and elegant, with crisp ripe fruit and mineral aromas and flavours, fine bead and a refined, minerally finish. Top-notch Prosecco. Drink now.
Uccelliera Brunello di Montalcino	Impressive aromas of ripe fruit and fresh mushrooms, with hints of tobacco. Full-bodied, with silky tannins and a generous berry, spice and tar aftertaste. I like this stylish red. Drink now.

Cedarwood, blackcurrant and fruitcake on the nose. the palate is packed with rich, ripe dark fruit that is beautifully balanced with sumptuous oak and velvety tannins.
